Tracey Slade

Tracey is a successful proven international athlete and career business woman with high personal standards of achievement.
Having commenced with duathlon- racing in the elite GB squad at the European and World Championships, she transferred to triathlon winning Gold at The long course championships (f 40-44) in Ibiza in 2003. Tracey also won Gold at the British Indoor Rowing Championships.
Having a wide range of leisure and fitness qualifications and experience she has run her own business on the south coast in massage therapy, injury management, Pilates and personal fitness coaching. Tracey relocated to London to focus on developing her integrated approach to wellbeing and fitness with a group of like minded individuals.
In particular Tracey makes use of a range of massage and neuro-muscular techniques including trigger point therapy, post isometric/passive stretching, meaning treatments can bring physical and psychological benefits including:
